The Standard Practice, C891, developed by ASTM, for Installation of Underground Precast Concrete Utility Structures is recommended by UCP as the guide for the installation of UCP proprietary utility vaults. Many other products in this catalog may have installation procedures as required by their using or developing agency other than UCP. UCP recommends that the installation of these products be by experienced, competent underground contractors under the oversight and inspection of a licensed Professional Engineer.
